To qualify to earn the $200 bonus when you open a new Go Free, Go 50+, or Go Life Builder Checking Account, you must receive at least one qualifying direct deposit within 30 days of account opening. A qualifying direct deposit is an electronic deposit of your paycheck, pension, or government benefits (such as Social Security), from your employer or the government. Your direct deposits must total at least $1,000 within the first 30 days, and the account must continue receiving a minimum of $1,000 in qualifying direct deposits on a monthly basis thereafter. The initial $200 bonus will be deposited into the account after the first 30 days of account opening. Earn an additional $200 when the account remains open and active for six months from account opening and continues to receive recurring qualifying direct deposits during that period. Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is 0.05%. APY is accurate as of the date of publication and may change at any time. Minimum balance to open is $25. Minimum required to earn APY is $0.01. Fees may reduce earnings. Bonuses are considered interest and will be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT.
Business checking accounts and current active checking accounts receiving qualified direct deposits are not eligible. Promotion limited to one customer and account. Promotion is subject to change or cancellation at any time.
