The EWSB Commitment to Community Scholarship awards $1,000 to a student that best embodies our mission of enhancing the well-being of others in our community and who understands the importance of volunteerism and involvement in our local community.

Applicant Criteria

  1. Student, parent, grandparent, or legal guardian is a current member of East Wisconsin Savings Bank
  2. Graduating high school senior in Outagamie, Winnebago, Calumet, Brown, or Waupaca County
  3. Planning to attend a two to four-year college, university, or technical school with intentions to pursue a business degree.

Applicant Instructions

Please complete this application in full. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Submit the completed form along with all required documents by 4/17/2026 to scholarships@eastwis.com.

In order to receive the scholarship proceeds, you must present proof of enrollment at your school of choice (e.g., a copy of the class schedule or invoice). The check will be made out to the student. Scholarship award money will be paid out in one check for the fall semester.

2025 Scholarship Recipient - Sean Welsh

Last year, our scholarship was awarded to Sean Welsh of Kimberly High School. He impressed our scholarship committee with his outstanding academic achievements, dedication to serving his community and those in need, and his passion for making a meaningful difference. Sean is currently attending the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he is pursuing a degree in Business Management and Data Analytics.
